How to Be More than “10% Happier” ᵀᴹ

More than “10% Happier”ᵀᴹ!

If we can be “10% Happier”ᵀᴹ (a great read, by the way) by simply noticing our breath, imagine how much happier we could be by doing just a little more. And, if happiness comes from within, how do we bring that happiness out in ourselves and others?

I believe it starts with understanding who we are and what brings us the greatest joy.

Begin HAPPY.

Begin by paying closer attention to some key areas.

  • Humility

  • Aspiration

  • Presence

  • Partnerships

  • Yardstick

Begin. Beam. Build.

Beam HAPPY.

When we have done the inner work to bring our own happiness out, it radiates from us and attracts others to us. Beam your confidence and positive presence to others. Be the beacon to those who are looking for a leader who also brings out the bright side of those around them.

Build HAPPY.

As leaders of ourselves and others, we are more than the sum of our parts. Build teams that feel a collective sense of purpose, direction, and success. Happy teams are productive teams. Leverage the power of team coaching to explore how interactions internal and external to the team can have a much more powerful impact.

What does happy look like for a leader and the team?

The HAPPY journey.

Each step along the HAPPY journey is a personal one, based on your and your team’s unique sense of Humility, Aspiration, Presence, Partnerships, and Yardstick elements at a point in time.

Through self-reflection, science-based coaching, and artful conversations, it is possible to be happier in your personal and professional life.

Begin. Beam. Build.

You decide.

We’ve heard that happiness is a choice. How much happier do you want to be?

Begin. Beam. Build.
