Team Coaching Journey

  • We’ll work together to understand your team’s challenges and opportunities, as well as their readiness for Team Coaching.

    Once we’ve clarified your needs, we’ll co-create a Team Coaching Program that aligns to your situation.

  • In this stage, we’ll focus on gaining deeper insights via interviews, observations, and/or diagnostic tools.

    We’ll conduct confidential 1-on-1 interviews with the sponsor, team leader, team members, and key stakeholders.

    We’ll also use questionnaires & assessments to assess the current state.

    Key outcomes of this stage include a summary of findings and recommendations, and a roadmap for Team Coaching.

  • This stage starts with a Team Coaching Kick-off meeting. We’ll align on objectives, priorities, and roadmap for engagement.

    After the kick-ff there will be Monthly Team Coaching Sessions that each focus on a specific area for enhancing the cohesion and effectiveness of the team.

  • After reviewing outcomes, the team takes over leadership of coaching conversations for sustained impact and ongoing improvements.
