Born and raised in South Africa, and working with diverse individuals and organizations on three continents, my ability to understand and to overcome broad cultural differences, both micro and macro, are a decided advantage to my clients.
In my 25+ year career in technology and investment management, I’ve worked as a developer, systems engineer, business systems analyst, project and program manager, senior manager, and vice president, with lived experience of the challenges that people at all levels face.
I’m now focused on what has always been the most rewarding part of my career – mentoring and coaching others to reach their goals and foster positive work environments.
